Effective October 16, 2026. Applies to check.mobiletrustboundary.com and its API ("the service"), run by Lamar Enterprises LLC (Build In-House), 1424 11th Ave Ste 400, Seattle, WA 98122-4271.
The service helps a business decide whether a phone-based identity step can be trusted. For example, before a help desk resets an employee's password, it asks that employee's mobile carrier whether the SIM on their number changed recently, and returns a yes or no answer.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or build profiles. Check results are not consumer reports and must not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, employment, housing or insurance.
Each of these processes data under its own terms and privacy notices. We share data with others only if the law requires it.
The service does not store phone numbers or check results. Each check returns a signed receipt to the customer's screen showing only the last four digits of the number. Customers keep their own receipts and logs under their own retention rules. Our providers may keep short-lived operational logs as their terms describe. We keep emails as long as needed to respond and run a pilot, then delete them within 12 months of the conversation ending.
Business customers must have the agreement of each person whose number they check, and must stop checking a number when that person withdraws.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by emailing william@lamar.enterprises. If your number was checked by your employer, you can also ask them directly. We answer within 30 days.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access keys are stored as platform secrets, receipts are signed so tampering shows, and the service keeps no database of numbers.
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children.
If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for material changes, tell active customers by email.
