Effective October 16, 2026. These terms cover use of check.mobiletrustboundary.com and its API ("the service") provided by Lamar Enterprises LLC (Build In-House) ("we"). A signed pilot agreement or order with your company takes priority over these terms where they differ.
The service is for businesses. You may use it only on behalf of a company that has agreed to these terms or to a pilot agreement with us, and only with the access key we issued to that company.
A result reflects what the carrier reports at the time of the check. Carriers may not answer for every number, and a number can change after a check. A Step up result or an error is a prompt to verify another way. Your team stays responsible for every reset or change it makes.
Pilot access is a test service with no uptime commitment. We may change or pause features, and will tell active customers before changes that affect them.
Pilots are free. Paid use is priced in a separate order agreed with your company.
Our privacy policy explains what the service processes and who receives it.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 1,000 if none.
Either side may stop at any time. We may suspend a key that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with courts in King County, Washington.
